Qualifications and Training

Our employees are our greatest asset. Therefore, as an organisation, we recognise, promote and encourage Continued Personal Development (CPD).

Regular staff away days allow time for necessary training and development, but also offer a chance to have fun and bond as a team.

Our nursery teams comprise of staff at various levels of professional development. Many have, or are working towards the following qualifiations:

Apprenticeships

We welcome individuals with a passion for childcare who wish to undertake an apprenticeship. We endeavour to help and support them throughout their learning journey.

HR Assitant

Human Resources plays a vital part in the successful running of the GML (Greyfriars Ministries Limited) Nurseries. Currently there is a HR Manager who is now looking for a HR Assistant to provide HR and administrative support. Full training will be given

£7.50 per hour

Executive Nursery Lead

This is an exciting, permanent, full time senior management role. You will be accountable for running four church-owned nurseries with 70 staff and 200+ children, reporting to a Board of Directors. As a practicing Christian you will also bring, actively live out and maintain the nurseries Christian ethos.

Up to £50,000 per annum

Room Leader

We are looking for a Senior Nursery Nurse/Room Leader to join our team. You will need a level 3 or higher qualification with at least one years post qualification experience.

up to £19,760 per annum

Level 3 - Nursery Nurses

We are looking for qualified nursery nurses to join our dedicated, fun and professional teams. Full time and part time positions are available with consideration to flexible working. We have four nurseries; Greyfriars, Bubbles at The Globe, Bubbles at St. Pauls and Bubbles at Caversham.

Up to £18,720.00 per annum

Apprenticeships - Nursery Nurse

The opportunity to work along side our fantastic teams within our nurseries gaining valuable on the job work experience and training. Apprenticeships can be undertaken at all our nurseries.

£140.00 per week
